Matangcas (he/him) teaches communication courses at the Davao Oriental State University while pursuing a master's degree at the University of the Philippines with a research focus on peacebuilding and reporting conflict. He is also a writer, podcaster, and filmmaker based in Mati, Davao Oriental, Philippines.
